It appears to have an injured right wing, and was presumably either dropped
here by someone or was injured elsewhere and flew in to roost overnight and
decided to stick around. This is a nice opportunity study one of these
birds at close range if your still learning to distinguish Snow and Ross's.
Last seen at the south end loafing on the grass with two domestic geese and
an injured Canada.
I also had a Long-billed Curlew, 3 Ross's Geese, 5 Greater White-fronted
Geese, 20+ Snow Geese, well over 150 Tundra Swans and almost 2K
Green-winged Teal at Swan Lake earlier today.
