A beautiful fall morning to bird at Ash Meadows. There is a burst of golden color amongst the trees amid the green and gray of the rest of Ash Meadows. The gray blue mountains set off everything. A family of Big Horn sheep came down to where I was birding at Point of Rocks. The other place I birded was Crystal Reservoir I also birded along the sides of the road on the way out of Ash Meadows. Birding was from 7:10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. 32 species were seen. I took lots of photos today. It was a stunning day to be out birding.
