Just a note – the Neotropic Cormorant is still roosting at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs in northwest Las Vegas. The bird flew in just after the sun dipped down behind the mountains, between 6:45 and 6:50 p.m. this evening. It settled into a tree on the west side of the Tule Springs Lake, the largest of the four ponds.
