I found a Varied Thrush (male) at Hemenway Park in Boulder City at 9:30
this morning. It was foraging in the grass beside the hedges on the SE side
of the park, and appeared to have a "turf war" with a good looking male
Yellow-breasted Chat at one point.
Please keep in mind this is not typical range OR habitat for the thrush,
and stay an appropriate distance from the bird.
Have a great day!
