Our little bird festival is back this Saturday, June 2nd, and the
weather looks to be glorious (as opposed to last year's downpours!!).
The main festival is at the Taylor Creek Visitor Center, from 10-4,
and the word on the street is that the falconer will be flying her
birds this year! Many of you also may be interested in the free,
guided bird walks earlier in the day, at various points around the
lake. There are plenty of spaces available, but I do ask that you
email me first, to reserve a space. This year's hikes are at Spooner
Lake, Cove East, and Blackwood Canyon, and they're roughly 8-11.
There are links to more info on the festival and bird walks on our
home page: www.tinsweb.org
I hope to see some of you there!
